2021 was a wild ride: quarantine, apartment moves, job loss, and illness collided with friendship, support, and community.
To everyone that offered kind words, support, and/or purchased work, THANK YOU! Each of you helped to keep this show on the road and provided some much needed vision for what I hope BANKS. Designs can become.
At the beginning of this year, BANKS. Designs was a glimmer in my eye. A dream of what could be, and an escape from a reality that wasn’t quite what I wanted. Then everything changed and this business began to grow. I started selling at a store and met some AMAZING women, I landed my first custom clients, and I participated in my first juried craft show.
After all this momentum I can’t help but think maybe this small business can be something a little more permanent for me. In the year to come, I look forward to bringing you new collections handcrafted with love in my little Chicago studio.
