Refund policy

We are unable to accommodate returns at this time, however, we are committed to customer satisfaction, Should you be unhappy with an item, we can offer an exchange within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. After 14 days, we can offer store credit. There are no returns or exchanges on custom work.

REPAIRS

We care deeply about the quality of our products. Should something arrive damaged or broken, please send an email to andrea@banks-designs.com, and we’ll be in contact about repairing or replacing your item. We do not offer repairs on items that were not purchased directly from us.
