What is your shipping policy?

We ship within the Unites States via USPS priority. Items are made to order and will ship within three weeks. If you need an order quicker that this timeframe, please leave a note in the comments at checkout and we will reach out to you.

We are currently working to bring international shipping to our offerings. For now, please reach out to info@banks-designs.com should you need items shipped internationally. 

How do I order wholesale?

For wholesale inquiries, please use my Faire Direct Link. For look books, line sheets, and more info about the brand, please contact us at info@banks-designs.com

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate returns. However, we are able to issue store credit should you be unsatisfied with your purchase. Send us an email at info@banks-designs.com to start the process. All store credit requests must be submitted via email. I will be unable to process requests in person at shows. 

Do you repair jewelry?

We care deeply about the quality of our products. Should something arrive damaged or broken, please send an email to info@banks-designs, and we’ll be in contact about repairing or replacing your item. We do not offer repairs on items that were not purchased directly from us.

How is your jewelry made? 

Andréa Banks is the owner of Banks Designs, and designs all collections and custom work. Each piece is crafted by hand in our Chicago-based studio. For any out-sourced services, we work directly with small, family-owned businesses in the USA. 

Where do you source your stones? 

We order stones from independent gem dealers and retailers with a commitment to ethical practices in jewelry and mining.
